We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to support process engineering efforts within the Connected PBM Ecosystem. This role is critical to building and maintaining an end-to-end view of our business architecture, user experience (UX / UI), and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving transformation through process excellence. Your duties will include :

Process Mapping & Optimization

• Lead the mapping of all processes within the Connected PBM Ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business architecture and UX / UI strategies.
• Evaluate current processes using the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of new business processes and ensure seamless integration across workstreams.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
