Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation

Translate company priorities into a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives, defining success metrics and timelines

Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring reliable operation on cloud platforms

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in data science / machine learning with 2-4+ years in a leadership role

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and model lifecycle management from exploration to production

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Databricks, and MLOps tools

Deep understanding of experimental design, metrics, and causal methods

Demonstrated ability to build a high-performance team culture and communicate effectively with stakeholders
