Job description5+ years of recent experience as an Event Operations leadership role in an upscale full-service restaurant group, hotel, or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations Coordinate and execute diverse on and off-site events including transporting products, renting equipment, utilizing equipment in different venues, and developing the flow of food service for large events (3000+) to intimate in-home events Regularly meet with clients and the sales team to present mutually beneficial and creative solutions to event challenges Build and maintain a remarkable team including hiring, training, developing, coaching and counseling, and conducting performance reviews An engaging and polished professional presentation with the ability to speak to groups in both intimate settings and large groups Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to drive company food transport vehicles
