Responsibilities: Participate in the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the accounting and legal teams to streamline billing procedures and enhance efficiency. Prepare and distribute invoices, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and correct. Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor files. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare financial and management reports as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of new billing strategies to improve client satisfaction.
