As a Senior Branch Manager in a Chase Branch you will lead one of our largest branches and be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments operations and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.

Job responsibilities

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment acting with integrity and protecting our company and clients following policies and procedures.
