Job description

A facility located near Tucson, Arizona is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join their team! See below for more details.

  • $93,000-$130,000 annual
  • Full-Time Opportunity $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available!
  • Day shift 5x8s 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
  • Potential Weekends
  • Flexible PRN Position Also Available!

Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity :

  • Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility.
  • The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time.

    • Occupational Therapist Qualifications :

  • A minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical
  • Must hold a current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within first 30 days
  • Master s degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered
