About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Specialty : Float / Inpatient Float

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : 2+ years of Med Surg experience

License : New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate required

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Must be willing to float between units during shifts.

Must have Epic experience.

Must be able to work stepdown unit when needed.

Experience with cardiac drips required.

Description :

Coordinates total nursing care for patients.

Participates in patient and family teaching.

Provides leadership by working cooperatively with healthcare team members.

Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Works in a med-surg float capacity between multiple units.

Traveler may float between units during shifts.

Requests for time off must be included during submission.

Requests for time off after submission may lead to rescinded offers.

All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this position.

All requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Holiday coverage may require working two specified holidays.

Block scheduling accommodations will not be considered for this position.

Dress code includes professional scrubs without logos.

Patient population includes adults and geriatrics.
