Role Overview :

As a Project Executive, you’ll lead large-scale, highly technical construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through delivery. This is a strategic leadership role for the firm’s Advanced Technology group and involves building deep client relationships, mentoring project teams, and ensuring successful execution of technically complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead R&D / technical project teams (labs, cleanrooms, data center projects)
• Oversee client relationships and represent the GC through all phases
• Guide preconstruction, scheduling, buyout, and execution strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive division growth
• Manage budgets, quality control, safety, and delivery milestones
