As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Assist in controlling access to the property, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site policies. Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for tenants and visitors. Minimum Requirements : Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
