Position Overview :

NA : EUN is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dining room manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the owners, directors, and the entire restaurant team to ensure the seamless operation of our restaurant, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining the high standards that define our dining experience.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years supervising in Fine dining restaurant(s)
• Deep understanding of fine dining food and beverage service standards.
• Extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry both in NYC and around the world
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of service meet Atomix’s high standards
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools (e.g., POS systems, reservation platforms).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and an endless curiosity for the food & wine world
• Positive Attitude, a sense of urgency and strong communication skills
• Preferred beforehand, but can obtain before start date : NYC DOH Food Protections Certificate
