Responsibilities :
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of patient care records for your assigned caseload.Report billing information accurately for all patients in your care.Deliver direct patient care according to treatment plans, including assessment and evaluation.Assist with transfers, gait, and balance assessments as needed to support patient mobility.Interpret treatment results and report findings appropriately.Engage in the development and delivery of in-service training as needed.Supervise support staff in your immediate area as necessary.Conduct clinical functions such as screenings, evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation according to facility, state, Medicare, and TMC policies.Participate in necessary meetings concerning patient care.Contribute to community education and public relations activities for the facility when appropriate.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and therapy goals.Collaborate with team members to execute established treatment plans.Adhere to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.Keep records compliant with practice settings, third-party payers, and regulatory bodies.Support program planning and development initiatives.Formulate discharge plans when maximum benefit has been achieved and ensure follow-up as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current license / certification for the state of practice.TMC is an equal opportunity employer.
