Position Summary :
Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and hospitality marketing? We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry-level role with amazing growth opportunities in luxury hospitality sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management, Creative Collateral :
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop campaigns in partnership with Dir. Of Sales and Marketing that showcase our property, events, and seasonal activations.
Manage photo libraries (Dropbox), 3D tours (VistingMedia), and flipbooks; Maintain hotel profiles on vendor / partner websites. Assist with Constant Contact email campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Design flyers, welcome cards, and create printed signage for events; Build PowerPoint slides for various meetings and presentations.
Sales & Event Support :
Support Sales & Catering team by preparing proposals for wedding rooms-only inquiries;
Conduct site tours and create client-facing presentations as needed;
Support seasonal activations and in-house customer events; Stay on top of seasonal trends & local events; Collaborate with sales and catering team to promote luxury services and promotions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred; Minimum 2 years of hotel or marketing experience, preferably in luxury or high-end social setting.
Strong social media skills and eye for design; Expert in content management, using social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences; Creative problem-solver with a client-first mindset; comfortable with fast turnaround times and high-volume inquiries in a luxury setting.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with grace and precision.
Proficiency in hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce) a plus.
Compensation : $30-$32 / hour
