Key Responsibilities :

Assess patients' physical abilities and needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.

Employ various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document and track patient progress.

Advise patients and families on home-based exercises and strategies to aid in their rehabilitation.

Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid physical therapy license.

Experience in clinical physical therapy, preferably within a similar healthcare setting.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to providing top-notch care and fostering patient rehabilitation.
