NICU- Registered Nurse
MLee Healthcare is collaborating with a respected health system to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, the RN will deliver specialized care to critically ill newborns, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and provide essential support to their families. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate care to critically ill newborns using specialized NICU equipment.
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement timely interventions.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate and offer emotional support to parents and families on neonatal care and infant health.
NICU- Registered Nurse Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.CPR-BCLS certification (must be obtained before completing orientation).Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required by end of orientation).STABLE program certification (required by end of orientation).Benefits
