Our client, a leading HVAC distribution warehouse, is seeking a Delivery / Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily delivery schedules and dispatch operations. In this role, you'll be the key link between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers—ensuring cost-effective routes, timely deliveries, and top-tier service.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Develop and adjust daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction

Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day to monitor progress and assist with any changes

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management to meet urgent and routine delivery needs

Dispatch material pullers to prepare, package, and load orders

Step in to support warehouse tasks as needed

Respond quickly to last-minute requests, road changes, or emergencies

Notify customers and sales reps when delivery schedules are impacted

Maintain accurate records and documentation of routes and dispatch activities

What You Bring :

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of dispatching or delivery routing experience in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of the Denver Metro area, maps, and GPS systems

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with Harris Data Systems is a plus

Must pass background check and drug screen

Work Environment & Physical Requirements :

Fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Primarily seated work, with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, or walking

Regular computer and phone use

Moderate noise level typical of a warehouse or distribution center
