Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Team Member role located in Arlington,Va in our Cafe (Caps Cafe by ABLTY) inside of MedStar

Cafe Team Member

will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to interacting with customers, executing food and beverage preparation, restocking retail items, pastry's, etc, and ensuring efficient operations while upholding ABLTY's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming attitude
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to workplace safety standards
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
