Sales Account Manager – Roofing & Exteriors

Pompano Beach, FL | Full-Time | $70K–$90K base + bonus

We're hiring a Sales Account Manager for a fast-growing roofing and exterior services company in Pompano Beach. This is your chance to join a team where hustle is rewarded, leads are hot, and the growth potential is real.

What You’ll Do :

Manage and grow a book of business in residential / commercial roofing services

Handle client relationships from first call to final invoice

Provide estimates, close deals, and own your numbers

Collaborate with install teams and operations to keep projects smooth and customers happy

Qualifications

What You Bring :

2+ years in sales (construction, home improvement, roofing preferred)

Confidence, hustle, and a “get-it-done” attitude

Strong follow-up and communication skills

Local knowledge of Broward County a plus
