Job description

A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is adding another Medical Oncologist / Hematologist. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!

Opportunity Details :

Join 2 Med / Onc and 1 NP
Nurse Practitioner covers inpatient consults
Work out of one location
Radiation Oncology on-site
Primarily outpatient - Phone call only 1 : 3
Large built-in referral base and over 200 providers on staff

Compensation and Benefits :

$625,000 salary

$75,000 sign-on bonus

$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)

33 days PTO

CME - 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
