Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Board-Eligible / Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our well-established hospital-employed group. About the Opportunity : Schedule : 7 on / 7 off shifts (7am - 7pm), Tuesday to Monday. Physician swing shift coverage until midnight. Focus : Inpatient care for adults, no Peds, OB, or Trauma. No codes (Rapid Response Team handles), no after-hours call. Support : Reasonable census, closed ICUs staffed by Intensivists. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose, treat, prescribe, order / interpret tests, and manage discharge planning for inpatients.
