Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing professional nursing care for residents of various ages in a long-term care setting. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will utilize your nursing knowledge to meet the clinical and psychosocial needs of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Contributing to assessments and administering medications or treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting resident interactions and care outcomes effectively.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team and maintaining effective communication.
• Counseling residents and their families regarding care and treatment plans.

We're searching for compassionate individuals who can think critically, respond appropriately in emergencies, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and provide quality education for residents will be essential.
