Job description

TBrothers Renovations is growing—and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated carpenter to join our high-performing team! If you take pride in detailed work, love a great crew, and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and culture—this could be your spot.

What You'll Do :

Work on high-end remodels across WNY doing :

  • Trim, doors, cabinetry, crown, wall panels, wainscoting.
  • Specialty carpentry and high-detail finish work.
  • Light flooring, framing , and general renovation tasks.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and team members to deliver top-quality results.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years experience in finish carpentry (more is a plus).
  • Great eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
  • Able to work independently or lead when needed.
  • Looking for long-term growth and stability.

    • The Details :

  • $25–$35+ / hr , based on experience and value you bring.
  • Full-time, year-round work.
  • Weekly pay + direct deposit.
  • Tools and materials provided.
  • 1 week paid vacation after 1 year.
  • Paid holidays after 6 months.
  • Sick leave provided per NYS law.
  • Overtime available.
