State Licensed Senior Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of in-house litigation support including record retention, discovery, and trials

Develop strategies and manage lawsuits and subpoena responses from start to finish

Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Current bar admission in good standing

Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a law firm and in-house legal department

Strong litigation background with knowledge of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work

Preference for experience in life sciences companies
