Office Coordinator, Home Health

The Office Coordinator directly responsible for overall support and assistance of the branch office is cross-trained on all non-clinical positions in the office. The role is also responsible for the supervision of non-clinical office positions which may include the Medical Records Specialist Mobile Equipment Specialist and / or Administrative Specialist. The Office Coordinator may also serve as the agencys Payroll Coordinator if necessary.

• Supervise the day-to-day non-clinical operations including but not limited to :

Daily and weekly workflow task completion (even during staff absences)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.
