The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 DOE including a 10% bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive Program

The Financial Analyst will share ownership of all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the sales business units.
This position is strongly oriented towards sales functional areas and will work directly with finance and accounting professionals as well as partner with business leaders.

Budgeting and Forecasting
Support budget and rolling sales and SG&A expense forecasts across sales BUs with associated presentations to provide management with both short and long-term financial outlook.
Sales Annual Operating Plan
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the tiered levels of the sales and sales operations support teams. Provide accurate and timely periodic reporting package to BUs' team members, ad hoc analysis of the results, and explanations of performance variances.
Ongoing Financial Analysis
Includes but not limited to :
- Monthly variance analysis of financial results
- Sales trends at various levels of customer and product hierarchies to aid management in strategic decision-making and understanding of the risks and opportunities for the business
- Margin and product mix analysis at various tiers of business units to provide leadership with understanding of key performance drivers
- SKU analysis / product profitability analysis
- Project profitability evaluation
- Ad hoc price deviation analysis to demonstrate financial impact and provide guidance to decision-makers on contracts and sale initiatives
- SG&A expense analysis to ensure accuracy of expense recognition and monitor business units' adherence to expense control initiatives
Financial Reporting
Preparation of periodic financial reportsPreparation of sales performance reports at the customer level to external customersAd hoc reports to external and internal clientsStrategic Partnership :
Through continuous monitoring and reviews of BUs' financial performance and KPIs, provide management with financial insights and recommendationsProvide financial guidance to BUs' sales and sales support teams, including assistance with resolution of financially impactful issuesCollaborate with various functional areas of the company to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvement initiativesIt would be WOW if you would bring this in :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMaster's Degree (is a plus)Four+ years hand-on finance experience preferred exhibiting progressive responsibilityUnderstanding of manufacturing conceptsStrong working knowledge of ERP systemWorking knowledge of SAP (ERP 6.0 or S4 HANA) environment is preferred.Working knowledge of SAP Business One environment is desirable.Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Tableau or FileMaker experience is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience working with an international company is a plusOur Kärcher WOW-package :
