CHARGE NURSE (RN) - INPATIENT (NIGHTS)

Northwest Specialty Inpatient Unit is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Charge Nurse to help lead our Inpatient Team!

• $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION

Night shift differential is $3.50 an hour!

In this fast-paced role you will direct and provide professional nursing care in our 30 bed, Inpatient Unit. The typical patient to nurse ratio is 4 : 1, but can vary based on department needs. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to direct or provide nursing care. Individuals in this role perform such duties as delegating nursing assignments, preparing schedules, overseeing admissions and discharges, and monitoring and ordering medicines and supplies.
