Job description

Join Our Compassionate Team as a Radiation Therapy Specialist!

Highlighted Benefits :

  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 for candidates with 1 year of experience ($15,000 for less than 1 year), paid in full on your first paycheck!
  • Full-time day schedule with competitive pay starting at $34.23 / hour.
  • Additional pay for night, weekend, and extra shifts.
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified external candidates.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Administer ionizing radiation to cancer patients as prescribed by Radiation Oncologists.
  • Prepare and verify treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Monitor patients for reactions and coordinate care adjustments with the medical team.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and follow quality assurance standards.
  • Support a collaborative environment by developing effective communication with staff and patients.

    • Requirements :

  • Completion of a Radiation Oncology program and ARRT-T credentials.
  • Preferred : 3 years of related experience.
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider certification.

    • Working Conditions :

    Exposure to medical waste and other hazards; physical ability to lift patients and handle equipment. We ensure a safe environment and provide necessary protective gear.
