About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Fiber Network Supervisor to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of customer fiber-optic telecommunications systems. This role is critical to ensuring high-performance network infrastructure and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee fiber network upgrades, and repairs across customer sites.
• Manage field and support teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain optimal service levels.
• Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement scalable fiber solutions.
• Delegate work orders and assignments effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions to support business goals.
