Physician Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our care delivery team. This role is essential in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to our clinic's clinical excellence and operational success. Working both independently and in collaboration with a supervising physician, the PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients-ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain detailed patient histories, perform comprehensive physical exams, and assess retinal and related conditions.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate clinical decisions.
Perform appropriate in-clinic procedures within the PA scope of practice.
Develop patient-centered treatment plans and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans to promote understanding and adherence.
Support clinic operations through additional duties as needed and within scope of practice.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Active PA license in the State of North Dakota.
Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment while managing multiple priorities.
