Bilingual HR Assistant

Our client, a vibrant leader in the human resources sector, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant to join their team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you'll be the face of the HR department , supporting various teams and serving as a key point of contact for employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and an excellent communicator-qualities that will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title : Bilingual HR Assistant

Location : Middletown, NY

Pay Range : $55,000 - $60,000

Hours : Monday-Friday, flex 6am -3pm

Key Responsibilities :

Be the face of the HR department, providing support and guidance to employees and management.

Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.

Approve time-off requests and help ensure adequate departmental coverage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.

Coordinate orientation and training for new hires.

Handle payroll tasks with a high level of confidentiality.

What We're Looking For :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
