Store Support Teammate (Part Time)

The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Pay range : $12-$13 / hr. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, working flexible schedules, completing guest transactions, maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales and promotions, monitoring security risks, assisting in merchandising tasks, maintaining a clean and organized store, understanding and applying Buckle's Code of Ethics, and fulfilling the mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

No prior experience or training is required. The physical demands include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing and jumping; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling and talking or hearing. Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The work environment is usually moderate in noise level in a retail store setting.
