The Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking multiple Associate Lab Technician to join the Little Mountain Test Facility team in Hill Air Force Base / Ogden UT.

The LMTF is a remote Government owned facility located in Ogden UT. The facility is incredibly unique however there are very limited amenities. Our standard work week is 4 x 10 hour shifts per week however flexibility is required for this position in order to support operations and testing. Training is provided as often as possible; however this position will require someone who is proactive and willing to learn the unique execution of the site operations and various test contracts continuously seeking solutions to a variety of challenges .

Position Responsibilities

Provides technical support for maintenance repair and preventive measures that ensure continued safe and economic operations for customers.

Applies technical knowledge to research develop test and evaluate operations support programs modifications repairs and technical data.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor 3 years related work experience etc.).

Ability to obtain DoD security clearance

Manual machine operator CNC Lathe Grinders etc.

Radiation environment testing experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Active DoD Secret security clearance

Ability to perform responsibilities as outlined above

Oscilloscopes experience
