Salary Range : $19.00 - $25.50

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant provides personalized care during scheduled shifts in long-term care settings. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering resident-centered care according to individual care plans.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Recording vital signs and providing psychosocial support.
• Facilitating positive dining experiences and assisting residents during meals.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Upholding infection prevention policies and ensuring cleanliness in living areas.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.
