We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our star-quality team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in performing ongoing facility and vehicle maintenance.

• RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on laundry & dry-cleaning equipment and / or company vehicles. Preventative maintenance also required.
• Routine and preventative maintenance on company buildings and employee housing units including, but not limited to window, door or wall repairs, structural damage, painting, etc.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Maintain building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facilities working properly.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles.
• SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
• Must have good knowledge of a variety of tools, equipment, supplies, and devices. Hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pumps, and electrical equipment are just to name a few.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to recognize potential hazards
• Good time-management skills
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and / or vehicle maintenance experience are all preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred, but not required.

• STARTING PAY :
• $25 - $29 per hour DOE
