DAY TO DAY AS A CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST

As a Contact Center Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent member account service. From troubleshooting online banking issues to assisting with credit and debit card maintenance, you play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction. By offering clear and concise communication, you will educate members about our products and services, guiding them toward solutions that meet their financial needs. Resolving member complaints effectively and recording interactions accurately in our CRM system is key to your success in this role.

By staying updated on credit union policies and procedures, you'll minimize errors and contribute to the team's overall performance. Continuous learning and exceeding performance targets will be encouraged, allowing you to grow both professionally and personally.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST

To excel as a Contact Center Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing essential software tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A minimum of one year of service or sales experience in a retail or contact center setting is required, showcasing the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary to meet the educational requirements for this role.

Excellent communication skills are paramount, as candidates must interact with members in a clear, concise, and professional manner. The ability to articulate complex financial information in an accessible manner and address member needs with empathy and understanding will be essential to succeed in this dynamic position.

Note : This position may be assigned to work from home based on the needs of the credit union.
