Key Responsibilities Lead the product strategy and execution for the Member Growth & Retention portfolio, aligning with key business KPIs Mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for member acquisition, onboarding, and retention Required Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, including 2 years of managing or mentoring other PMs Experience with freemium, subscription, or membership-based models and e-commerce Proven track record of optimizing acquisition, onboarding, and retention Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and generate insights Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with various teams
