Commercial Banker - Admin. Ann Arbor
Position is 100% in office and located at our Ann Arbor Loan Production office.

Summary : As a Commercial Banker you will be a generalist responsible for the management of borrowing and depository relationships with commercial clients, focusing on C&I Lending. In addition, the solicitation of new commercial clients through direct sales calls. The development of community and business relationships is necessary to facilitate sales referrals to our sales partners (trust, insurance, treasury management, retail, mortgage partners) and to maintain knowledge of local business conditions. This commercial banking officer must also support the Bank's CRA lending initiatives.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) degree or equivalent from four-year College or university. A minimum of 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to include the management of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) relationships.

Employee Skills : Ability to originated and manage lending and deposit relationships with middle market as well as larger commercial customers. Ability to maintain and effectively manage an individual commercial portfolio in all respects. Ability to analyze financial statements and customer profiles to support the needs of existing and potential customers.
