Oversees the daily operations of outpatient therapies (Physical, Occupational and Speech) on the Pomona campus to include the optimal delivery of quality therapeutic services to all patient / clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : budgets, compliance, recruitment, education, program development, marketing. Treats patients in own professional background, as requested. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and the ability to access and interpret age-specific data and incorporate into patient care.

Qualifications :

• Must have formal education in a professional rehabilitation specialty; hold the appropriate degree(s), and possess the necessary license / certificate relevant to the discipline in order to practice specialty in the State of California
• Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, Title 22 and Medicare guidelines for rehabilitation
• Experience : Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a rehabilitation field; at least one (1) year of work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation hospital utilizing a programmatic approach is required; two (2) years with supervisory experience; one (1) year of work experience within Casa Colina or equivalent is required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certiication.
