Responsibilities

• Perform wirebonding and encapsulating of silicon detector modules under close supervision.
• Operate automated wirebonders, pull testers, glue dispensing robots, microscopes, and precision tooling.
• Execute quality control activities (component surveying, wirebond pull tests) and enter results into spreadsheets and databases.
• Assist the supervisor in diagnosing bonding problems.
• Report results and work summaries at internal group meetings.
