WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Endoscopy Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Bergen County, NJ.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

4x10.

Organizing and preparing exam rooms, knowledge of medication, pre-op and post op steps, providing surgical assistance, medication control lists, documenting accurately and timely information regarding patient conditions.

Direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses

Collaborates with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other members of the surgical team. Procedures include but not limited to : procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, GI, etc.

Job Requirements :

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing  (BSN).

Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.

2  years of acute care experience in this specialty.

BLS, ACLS certifications  from the American Heart Association.
