Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks associated with processing sales contracts and closings.
  • Prepare necessary closing documents and process post-closing packages.
  • Track sales, administrative activities and generate correspondences to homeowners and attorneys, including attorney information, survey information, title, utility letters, family plan certificates, receipt of CO's, FNMA approval process and escrow letters for outside mortgage lenders.
  • Prepare closing packages (e.g., deeds, affidavits of title, closing statement, warranty certificate and other related documents).

Qualifications

  • Two to three years of administrative, sales and / or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of closing process and associated documentation (e.g., HUD-1, Deed, Affidavits) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

  • Hourly rate between $30.00 and $34.00 plus bonus potential.
