EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCER
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experiential Producer located in Denver, CO.
At Moment, our Producers are the linchpins that turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. As a Producer, you'll lead mid- to large-scale experiential projects from kickoff through execution—managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and client communications with precision and poise.
You're a natural collaborator who brings equal parts creativity and operational savvy. You thrive in the thick of it—whether mapping out production logistics, jumping into creative brainstorms, or walking a client through a detailed run-of-show. You'll own your own programs, contribute to larger activations, and work closely with agency leadership, creative teams, and client partners every step of the way.
This role is made for someone who finds purpose in being hands-on. You'll be on the ground when the trucks roll in and still there when the lights go down—leading vendors, managing buildouts, and making sure every moment reflects our standards and our clients' vision. Whether it's transforming a blank slate into an immersive brand world or running a multi-day event with thousands of attendees, you'll play a key role in delivering standout work that gets talked about.
