Metadata Analyst

A company is looking for a Metadata Analyst to support its BI / reporting strategy by managing metadata effectively. Key Responsibilities : Define, document, and maintain metadata for client-facing BI / reporting assets Implement and manage metadata standards and business definitions in alignment with governance policies Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and curate business and technical metadata Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Library Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in data management or metadata Experience with metadata management and data catalog tools 7 years of experience in data governance and data lineage concepts Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing principles
