Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This on-site role near Canton, TX is responsible for procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives
- Oversee purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance
- Collaborate closely with production and service teams to ensure material availability and operational continuity
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including OTIF and inventory turns
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2-5 direct reports
