What You Will Experience In This Position :

• Identify and develop training needs for personnel in various manufacturing, certification, and re-certification tasks and processes through internal stakeholder partnership.
• Prepare training programs and survey employee training needs, as well as prepare the didactic material and / or arrange the needed resources.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all training activities.
• Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business.
• Maintain proper training documentation for all employees.
• Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations.
• Stays current with technologies and training concepts.

This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
