RN- Regional Float Pool - Full Time, Day

Position Details : MERCY Springfield and Surrounding Communities Department : Regional Resource / Float Pool Status : Full Time & Part Time Shift : Days BeAMercyNurse Incentives : PTO / Vacation Time : PTO Frontload up to 40 Hours for experienced RNs Regional Resource Shift Incentive : Variable Shift Differentials : $2.00 / Evenings, $4.20 / Nights, $2.20 / Weekends Benefits : Day-One Comprehensive Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Retirement : 401(k) Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Referral Bonus Opportunity : $3,000 for experienced nurses Stay Premium : Active after 2 years with Mercy Overview : Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs . Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address. Facilities available include : Springfield Joplin Carthage Aurora Cassville Mountain View Lebanon Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO) Currently, the only unit available for this role is Med Surg (Days) . Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available! Qualifications : Education : Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program. Licensure : Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice. Experience : 3 years of RN experience in acute hospital setting units within the past 12 months. Certifications : Med Surg : BLS Physical Requirements : Position requires the ability to push, pull, and / or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
