About the Role
The Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance will be responsible for acting as a key relationship manager for a portfolio of large corporate clients in the Pacific Time Zone, driving engagement across treasury services, capital markets, liability management and credit solutions. You will lead proactive outreach to existing and prospective clients (focusing on Fortune 500 corporations) and coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive one bank solutions. You will identify strategic financial opportunities, structure and negotiate deals, oversee the transaction lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction, while maintaining deep industry knowledge, monitoring client financial health and contributing to the business development agenda in a growth-oriented region.
You should bring a Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business or related field with at least 7 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, ideally as a generalist relationship manager in an investment banking or broker-dealer context. Active industry licenses (such as Series 63, SIE and Series 53) are required. Proven success managing relationships with large corporate clients, experience across multiple product areas such as capital markets and credit, knowledge of the West Coast corporate landscape (and ideally some APAC exposure) and strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
