HVAC Sales Manager – Service Agreements

Are you a high-performing sales professional with experience in HVAC or construction services? Ready to take the next step into a management role—while still doing what you do best : closing deals? We’re seeking a Selling Sales Manager to drive service agreement growth and lead a small, high-potential team within a respected and rapidly growing HVAC solutions provider.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to step into leadership or for an experienced manager looking for a fresh challenge and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage your own pipeline of commercial HVAC service agreement opportunities

Respond to leads and referrals, conduct site surveys, and present tailored maintenance solutions

Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate value

Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term service and satisfaction

Identify additional opportunities for system upgrades and enhancements

Lead, coach, and support a small sales team to exceed targets

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service departments

What We’re Looking For

Proven background in commercial HVAC or construction services sales

Solid understanding of mechanical systems OR related technical disciplines

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Experience navigating organizational decision-makers and closing business

Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills and follow-through

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
