Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities.
  • Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members to provide updates on care and progress.
  • Collaborate with individuals and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
