We are now looking for an Education & Licensing Manager that supports us on our mission.
These are your key tasks :
- Assuming responsibility for the success of the FIFA Agent Platform and liaising with its developers, administrators and key users
- Creating IT solutions for the modernization and improvement of football and match agent licensing systems administered by FIFA
- Acting as the lead of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) project in line with the implementation of the football agent framework
- Managing the agent licensing process and supervising the football agent web exam
- Designing and implementing the CPD (online) learning content and delivery methods
- Acting as the product owner of the football and match agents CPD and exam management system, including internal and external stakeholder management
- Designing, organizing and moderating meetings and events, in particular the Football Agent Working Group biannual meeting
- Training internal and external stakeholders on the football agent framework
- Managing agent-related projects and providing support with their implementation
- Providing support to the department via organizational and administrative tasks
