Director of Brand Marketing

is the powerhouse behind increasing brand awareness, telling our story in a way that captivates our guests, and ensuring our marketing efforts drive real impact. From digital channels to in-store experiences, this leader oversees national and local marketing execution, juggling multiple agency partners—including creative, social, and media—to ensure every campaign aligns with our brand vision. Leading a team of brand marketers, digital strategists, and graphic designers, this role is the ultimate brand champion—fueling franchisee marketing success and keeping Smoothie King top of mind for guests nationwide. Responsibilities

Brand Champion :

Own the Smoothie King brand, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling that excites internal teams, franchisees, and guests alike. 360° Marketing Execution :

Develop and execute brand campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand integrity while scaling impact. Storytelling :

Craft and communicate compelling and inspiring brand stories that resonate with our audience and strengthen brand loyalty. Creative Leadership :

Lead the internal creative team to produce high-quality assets that support key marketing initiatives and enhance brand positioning. Strategic Thinking :

Move seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring marketing programs are both innovative and results-driven. Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Retail & Operations Partnership :

Lead the collaboration with Smoothie King Operations to develop in-store marketing strategies, optimize pricing, identify business opportunities, and coordinate POP support items with printers, operations, and franchisees. Budget Management :

Track and manage brand marketing spend, ensuring efficiency and maximum impact across media, partnerships, events, and sponsorships. Business Analytics & Consumer Insights :

Analyze data, connect the dots and tell the story of why. Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability. Marketing Planning & Communications :

Lead the development of compelling brand briefs and execute high-impact brand marketing programs from concept to completion. Social & Influencer Strategy :

Develop campaign briefs and guide social media teams to align with overarching marketing pillars and strategies. Gift Card Program Oversight :

Manage the Gift Card P&L, driving sales through in-store, online, and third-party distribution channels. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, preferred. At least five (5) years’ experience working in marketing-based roles in consumer marketing, retail, hospitality, and / or media field. Minimum five (5) years’ managerial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). QSR experience highly preferred. Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus. What We Offer
